摘要
通过对医德教育评价体系现状的分析,根据医德教育评价体系遵从的科学性原则、目标性原则、完整性原则、实用性原则和多那比第安原则,从体系结构、教育过程、教育结果三方面建立了医德教育评价体系。该体系分为3个一级指标、12个二级指标、37个三级指标,并进行了理论考证和实践应用。该医德教育评价体系的建立,能考核院校在医德教育方面的重视程度和所做的大量具体工作,对医德教育评价起到促进作用,为各医学院校在医德教育评价方面提供借鉴。
Through analyzing the current situation of medical ethics education evaluation system, according to the principles of medical ethics education evaluation system, the scientific and objective principle, integrity principle, practical principle and more than the first principle, the evaluation system of medical ethics education was established in the basis of the following three aspects, the system structure, the education process and education results. The evaluation system of medical ethics education consists of 3 first level indicators, 12 secondary indicators, 37 three-level indicators and related theoretical research as well as practical application have been carried out. The establishment and practice of medical ethics education evaluation system could assess the importance of medical ethics education and the concrete work has been done in colleges and universities. In addition, it plays a leading role in the evaluation of medical ethics education and it gives certain reference for the medical ethics education evaluation in medical colleges and universities.
