The theory of “responsible innovation” is the solution presented by the west when they are faced with the ethical dilemma in the process of scientific and technological innovation. It has important practical significance for the development of human society in the era of innovation. In view of the philosophy of science and technology, this theory is reconsidered, and the internal logic and contradiction root of the modern scientific and technological innovation and ethics are clarified, and the independent innovation strategy of Chinese characteristics is considered to make a beneficial exploration for solving the ethical conflict of contemporary scientific and technological innovation.
