摘要
为了满足飞机维修时的顶升要求,设计出一种新型飞机千斤顶。该千斤顶采用"杠杆—铰杆"二力杆省力机构设计飞机千斤顶内部液压回路,满足了省力要求。另外,对设计好的千斤顶进行三维建模,并通过ANSYS软件对其进行稳定性分析,结果表明:该千斤顶在工作时不会发生失稳情况。
In order to meet the lifting requirements of aircraft maintenance, a new type of aircraft jack was designed. The jack uses the "lever-hinge" two-force labor-saving mechanism to design the internal hydraulic circuit of the aircraft jack, which meets the labor-saving requirements. In addition, the designed jack is three-dimensionally modeled and analyzed by ANSYS software. The results show that the jack does not suffer from instability during work.
