电动助力转向管柱磨损补偿角度研究

摘要 提出一种电动助力转向管柱的蜗轮蜗杆在正常磨损后的补偿能力,通过蜗轮蜗杆受力计算寻求磨损补偿最佳角度,同时基于大量数据给出合适的补偿力值,最后经实际产品验证,该补偿角度方案符合理论计算要求。 The compensation ability of the worm gear of the electric power steering column after normal wear is proposed. The optimum angle of wear compensation is sought by the calculation of the worm gear force. At the same time, the appropriate compensation force value is given based on the large amount of data. Finally, the actual product verification is performed. The compensation angle scheme meets the theoretical calculation requirements.
