P95大修列车铲枕臂研制

Development of Shovel Arm on P95 Track Renewal Trains

摘要 分析了收枕机构工作原理和现场铲枕臂使用情况,研制出更为合理的收枕机构。另外,利用有限元分析方法,对比改进前后两种结构的受力情况和变形量,通过现场安装验证了改进后方案的合理性。 The working principle of the pillow-receiving mechanism and the use of the shovel arm were analyzed, and a more reasonable pillow-retracting mechanism was developed. In addition, the finite element analysis method is used to compare the stress and deformation of the two structures before and after the improvement, and the rationality of the improved scheme is verified by field installation.
