摘要
介绍了一种利用工业机器人来实现电锤寿命测试的方法。具体来说就是通过工业现场总线控制机器人运动,使用Labview作为上位机配置测试流程及参数,记录测试数据。经过长期实验数据对比,这种测试平台和方法可以基本替代传统的人力测试,减少了职业疾病发生概率。同时本测试平台能更好地反映失效现象,及时暴露电锤设计中的缺陷,减少产品研发时间,加快产品上市节奏,具有很高的实用价值。
A method of using industrial robots to achieve hammer life testing is introduced. Specifically, it controls the robot movement through the industrial field bus, and uses Labview as the upper computer to configure the test flow and parameters,and record the test data. After long-term experimental data comparison, this test platform and method can basically replace the traditional human test, reducing the probability of occupational diseases. At the same time, the test platform can better reflect the failure phenomenon, timely expose the defects in the design of the electric hammer, reduce the product development time, speed up the pace of product launch, and has high practical value.
