摘要
首先对某国外客户高速灌装机变螺距转向分件进瓶螺杆图纸进行分析,并根据图纸技术要求计算出各段螺旋线螺距及长度;然后通过CREO3.0软件设计出螺旋线,以此螺旋线作为扫描轨迹,运用比较直观的近似截面逼近法设计出螺杆的三维模型;最后运用Autodesk PowerMill 2019软件编制螺杆四轴联动加工程序。
Firstly, a foreign customer high-speed filling machine variable pitch steering parts into the bottle screw drawing analysis, and according to the technical requirements of the drawing to calculate the spiral pitch and length of each segment;then through the CREO3.0 software to design a spiral, the spiral As a scanning trajectory, a three-dimensional model of the screw was designed by using a relatively straightforward approximate section approximation method. Finally, the four-axis parallel machining program of the screw was programmed by Autodesk PowerMill 2019 software.
