滚动轴承钢球清洗机的结构设计

摘要 为改善钢球清洗效果,提高钢球清洗自动化程度,设计了一种新型滚动轴承钢球自动清洗机,该设备主要由清洗机构、传动机构、控制机构和上下料机械手等部分组成。详细阐述了该设备结构设计方案,对主要部件选择及计算方法进行了分析,并使用SolidWorks Simulation软件对盘刷载板进行了有限元分析。经实践验证,本设备具有操作简便、成本较低、清洗效果好及自动化程度高等优点。 In order to improve the cleaning effect of steel ball and improve the automation degree of steel ball cleaning, a new type of rolling bearing steel ball automatic cleaning machine is designed. The equipment is mainly composed of cleaning mechanism, transmission mechanism, control mechanism and loading and unloading manipulator. The structural design scheme of the equipment was elaborated, the main component selection and calculation methods were analyzed, and the finite element analysis of the disc brush carrier was carried out using SolidWorks Simulation software. It has been proved by practice that the device has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, good cleaning effect and high degree of automation.
