摘要
作为煤炭与矿石等散货运输的重要工具,皮带输送系统易受外界环境影响,从而导致皮带工作负荷变大,增加电力消耗和机械耗损。通常皮带输送系统中的驱动电机都具有较大功率,因此深入研究PLC在皮带运输机系统节能控制中的应用方法,对提高其能源利用率、实现节能来说,具有十分重要的意义。
As an important tool for bulk transportation such as coal and ore, the belt conveyor system is susceptible to the external environment, resulting in a large belt working load,increasing power consumption and mechanical wear. Generally,the drive motor in the belt conveyor system has a large power.Therefore, in-depth study of the application method of PLC in the energy-saving control of the belt conveyor system is of great significance for improving its energy utilization rate and achieving energy conservation.
