摘要
线夹器作为纺织机构中的常用塑件,功能作用非常重要。根据塑件对结构特点、质量要求以及生产批量的要求,从分型选择、浇注系统、抽芯机构、推出机构和冷却系统等方面对线夹器注塑模具结构进行了设计。所设计的模具整体上为一模四腔两板模结构,采用了斜导柱侧向抽芯和推管推出方案。
As a common plastic part in textile machinery,the thread clamp is very important. According to the structural characteristics, quality requirements and production batch requirements of plastic parts, the injection mold structure of the clamp is designed from the aspects of classification selection,casting system, core pulling mechanism, pushing mechanism and cooling system. The designed mold is a four-cavity and two-plate mold structure as a whole, and adopts a lateral guiding core and a push tube pushing scheme of the oblique guiding column.
