连续卸船机旋转式皮带机吊架的制作和安装技术

摘要 客户码头廊道形式及轨距使得连续卸船机输出皮带机吊架形式具备了多样性特征。为保证吊架结构安装与选用正确,设计合理的制作及吊装方案势在必行。以珠海连续卸船机吊架结构制作和安装为研究对象,阐述并分析相关方案,为类似形式构件制作及安装提供参考依据。 The form of the customer’s dock corridor and the gauge distance make the continuous ship unloader output belt conveyor hanger form a variety of features. In order to ensure the correct installation and selection of the hanger structure, it is imperative to design a reasonable design and hoisting scheme.Taking the construction and installation of the continuous ship unloader hanger structure in Zhuhai as the research object, the relevant schemes were elaborated and analyzed, which provided reference for the production and installation of similar forms of components.
