摘要
介绍了插滚内齿圈制作原理及应用优势,分析了夹具与刀具在插滚加工中的关系。另外,列举了8档自动变速箱齿圈加工应用实例,并利用插滚原理,调整加工参数,获得良好的齿形质量,缩短了自动变速器研发周期和生产周期。
The principle and application advantages of the insertion ring gear are introduced, and the relationship between the fixture and the tool in the insertion processing is analyzed.In addition, the application examples of the 8-speed automatic transmission ring gear processing are listed, and the processing parameters are adjusted by the insertion rolling principle to obtain a good tooth profile quality, which shortens the development cycle and production cycle of the automatic transmission.
