品管圈活动在促进腰椎术后患者首次排便中的应用

目的探讨品管圈活动在缩短腰椎术后卧床患者首次排便天数的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,成员应用头脑风暴法提出备选主题,由5,3,1评分法选出分数最高的主题为"缩短腰椎术后卧床患者首次排便天数"。根据主题制定进度表,进行现状调查,计算出腰椎术后卧床患者首次排便平均天数为5. 0 d,公式计算目标值为2. 6 d,进行原因分析,经过论证得出要因,制定对策并实施,对比活动实施前后患者术后首次排便时间。结果活动实施后腰椎术后卧床患者首次排便天数由活动前5. 0 d缩短至2. 5d(P <0. 01)。结论品管圈活动在缩短腰椎术后卧床患者首次排便天数中取得很好的临床效果,能更好的满足患者最基本的需求,提高患者的舒适感,落实"人本位"护理理念,提高患者满意度以及信任度。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on promoting patients’ first defecation after lumbar spine operation. Methods We established a QCC group to solve problems in clinical practice. After brain storm and scoring system,the theme of reducing first defecation time of patients after lumbar spine operation was decided. After survey,the reasons of delayed dirst defecation were analyzed. Compare the first defecation time after implementing activities according to the reasons. Results The first defecation time has been reduced from 5.0 days to 2.5 days (P<0.05). Conclusion QCC activities can promote the patients’ first defecation after lumbar spine operation,make the patients more comfortable and satisfied,and help acquire the patients’ trust.
