摘要
目前绿色建筑在技术层面的研究已经日趋成熟,然而现实情况却是受制于建筑成本以及现阶段的施工水平,绿色建筑在建筑市场中的份额长期处于较低的水平。通过对SU+RE HOUSE项目的分析与研究,分析绿色建筑的普及的外在条件与内在要求,并通过设计策略将两者进行整合。依靠现有成熟技术的组合与微创新,并配合相对合理有效的成本控制可以在相对较低的成本限制下实现建筑的"可持续"与"气候适应"目标,并且可以通过降低"绿色建筑"的准入门槛来鼓励更多人参与到绿色建筑的建设中来,以此来提升绿色建筑的现实可行性,最终实现"绿色建筑"的全面普及。
At present,the research on the technical level of green buildings has become increasingly mature. However,the reality is subject to the construction cost and the current construction level. The share of green buildings in the construction market has been at a low level for a long time. Through the analysis and research of the SU + RE HOUSE project,this paper analyzes the external conditions and inherent requirements of the popularization of green buildings,and integrates the two through design strategies. Relying on the combination of existing mature technologies and micro-innovation,coupled with relatively reasonable and effective cost control,can achieve the “sustainable”and “climate adaptation” goals of construction under relatively low cost constraints,and will encourage more people to participate in the construction of green buildings by reducing the entry barrier of“green building”,enhance the practical feasibility of green buildings,and ultimately achieve the full popularity of“green building”.
