摘要
以武汉市某高层办公建筑为研究对象,结合当地气象数据与实测建筑使用情况,采用COMFIE软件进行了动态负荷模拟计算。详细分析了办公建筑夏季冷负荷与冬季热负荷构成特点和建筑内部不同楼层南北区域的负荷分布情况。结合实测温度和建筑实际空调耗电与采暖耗气情况,分析出空调系统的使用未能较好发挥中庭的作用,围护结构和新风系统的使用不当更加剧了建筑内部的负荷分布不均匀。
high-rise office building in Wuhan is researched,combined with the local meteorological data and the actual use of the building,the dynamic load simulation is carried out by the software COMFIE. The characteristics of the cooling load and the heating load in the office building and the load distribution in the north and South regions of different floors in the building are analyzed. Combined with the actual temperature and the actual electricity consumption,it is analyzed that the air conditioning system failed to utilize the atrium,and the improper use of enclosure structure and ventilation system resulted in uneven load distribution inside the building.
