预见性护理在ICU危重患者气管切开人工鼻气道湿化吸痰中的应用

Application of predictive nursing in tracheotomy artificial nasal airway humidification and sucking of critically ill patients in ICU

目的探讨预见性护理在ICU危重患者气管切开人工鼻气道湿化吸痰中的应用效果。方法将2016年5月至2017年6月我院收治的160例气管切开人工鼻气道湿化吸痰ICU危重患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组则进行预见性护理干预。比较两组的吸痰次数、不良情况发生率、痰液黏稠度与血气分析结果。结果观察组吸痰次数少于对照组,不良情况发生率低于对照组,痰液黏稠度与血气分析结果优于对照组,差异有均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论预见性护理可有效改善气管切开人工鼻气道湿化吸痰患者中的吸痰效果,有效控制不良情况发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in tracheotomy artificial nasal airway humidification and sucking of critically ill patients in ICU. Methods To divide 160 cases of critically ill patients in ICU who received tracheotomy artificial nasal airway humidification and sucking in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 into control group and observation group equally. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was conducted with predictive nursing interventions. The number of sucking, the incidence of adverse events, the viscosity of sputum and the results of blood gas analysis were compared between the two groups. Results The number of sucking in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group. The results of sputum viscosity and blood gas analysis were superior to that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing can improve the sucking effect in patients with tracheotomy and artificial nasal airway humidification and sucking effectively. In addition, such kind of method can control the incidence of adverse events effectively,which was worth popularizing and applying.
