摘要
目的探讨视频立体化健康教育联合回授法在内镜治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年4月我院消化内科进行内镜治疗的患者154例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用常规健康教育护理,观察组应用视频立体化健康教育联合回授法护理。比较两组患者焦虑评分(SAS)、内镜治疗知识认知评分、术后不良反应发生率。结果干预后,观察组患者SAS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05),内镜治疗知识认知评分高于对照组(P <0. 05),术后不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论视频立体化健康教育联合回授法是一种积极有效的护理方式,有利于患者康复,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of video stereoscopic health education combined with teach-back method in patients with endoscopic treatment. Methods To select 154 cases of patients who underwent endoscopic treatment in Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 as the study subjects. These patients were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine health education and nursing, while the observation group was applied by the video stereoscopic health education combined with teach-back method therapy. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score, cognitive scores of endoscopic treatment knowledge, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The cognitive scores of endoscopic treatment knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The video stereoscopic health education combined with teach-back method is an active and effective way of nursing, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.It was worthy of promotion and application.
