QCC活动对降低血液透析患者并发症的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of QCC activities on reducing complications in hemodialysis patients

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对降低患者血液透析并发症的效果。方法我院血液透析室于2017年11月实施QCC,选取10月1～31日血液透析患者130例为QCC活动前,参与活动的护士8名,比较活动前、活动9个月后患者的并发症发生情况及护士自我评价结果。结果 QCC活动后患者并发症发生率低于活动前(P <0. 05); QCC活动后护士自我评价结果明显优于活动前(P <0. 05)。结论 QCC活动可有效降低血液透析患者并发症发生率,提升护士素质。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC) activities on reducing complications in hemodialysis patients. Methods To implement QCC in the hemodialysis room of our hospital in November 2017. There were 8 nurses took part in the activity. A total of 130 hemodialysis patients who were treated in our hospital from October 1 to October 31 were selected as the pre-QCC group. The complications of patients and results of nurse self-evaluation before the activity and at 9 months after the activity were compared. Results The incidence of complications of patients after QCC activities was lower than that before QCC activities(P<0.05).The self-evaluation results of nurses after QCC activities were significantly better than those before the activities(P<0.05). Conclusion The QCC activities can reduce the incidence of complications in hemodialysis patients effectively and improve the quality of nurses.
