自制消瘀跌打酒对下肢长骨骨折患者术后康复效果的影响

Effect of self-made Chinese medicinal wine on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with long bone fracture of lower extremity

目的探讨自制消瘀跌打酒对下肢长骨骨折患者术后康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院骨科收治的下肢长骨骨折患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表将患者等分为对照组及观察组,对照组围手术期行常规康复训练指导,观察组在对照组基础上涂擦我院自制的消瘀跌打酒。比较两组患者术后康复、并发症发生及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组术后下肢肿胀、下肢疼痛、关节僵硬发生率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组独立能力评分、日常生活能力评分及生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0. 05),术后疼痛感评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组下床活动时间、平均住院时间短于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论自制消瘀跌打酒能有效降低下肢长骨骨折患者术后并发症,促进患肢功能恢复,提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Chinese medicinal wine on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with long bone fracture of lower extremity. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with long bone fractures of the lower extremity who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 as the study subjects. These patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training during the perioperative period. On the basis of the control group, patients of the observation group embrocated the body with the self-made Chinese medicinal wine of our hospital. The postoperative rehabilitation, complications and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of lower extremity swelling, lower extremity pain, and joint stiffness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The observation group's independent ability score, daily living ability score and quality of life score were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The time of going out of bed and the average hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Chinese medicinal wine can reduce the postoperative complications of patients with long bone fractures of lower extremities effectively. Furthermore, it can promote the recovery of limb function and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.
