针对性护理对神经外科昏迷患者鼻饲反流误吸的影响

Effects of targeted nursing on nasal regurgitation and aspiration in patients with neurosurgical coma

目的探讨针对性护理对神经外科昏迷患者鼻饲反流误吸的临床效果。方法选取我院神经内科2016年12月至2017年5月收治的昏迷鼻饲患者150例作为研究对象,并随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用针对性护理。比较两组患者反流、误吸、吸入性肺炎发生情况。结果对照组患者反流、误吸、吸入性肺炎发生均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对神经外科昏迷患者鼻饲时采取针对性的护理,降低了反流、误吸及吸入性肺炎的发生风险,值得医务人员借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing on nasal regurgitation and aspiration in patients with neurosurgical coma. Methods To compare the incidence rate of regurgitation, aspiration and aspiration pneumonia between two groups of patients, research subjects consisted of 150 comatose patients with nasal regurgitation intubation who were admitted to our department of neurology from December 2016 to May 2017 and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. Routine nursing was adopted for patients in the control group and targeted nursing for those in the study group. Results The incidence of regurgitation, aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the study group were less than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing for comatose patients with nasal regurgitation intubation reduces the risk of regurgitation, aspiration and aspiration pneumonia, thus it was worth using for reference for medical staff to learn.
