社会支持对产褥期初产妇产后抑郁与生存质量的影响研究

Effect of social support on postpartum depression and quality of life in primipara women during puerperium

目的探讨社会支持对产褥期初产妇产后抑郁与生存质量的影响程度。方法选取2016年10月至2017年12月我院收治的120例初产妇作为研究对象,比较不同社会支持程度对初产妇的抑郁自评量表(EPDS)与世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评估结果的影响效果。结果社会支持程度较低初产妇EPDS与WHOQOL-BREF评估结果差于社会支持程度较高者(P <0. 05)。结论社会支持对产褥期产妇产后抑郁与生存质量的影响较大,应重视对其社会支持方面的干预。

Objective To investigate the influence degree of social support on postpartum depression and quality of life in primipara women during puerperium. Methods To select 120 cases of primiparas who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 as the study subjects. The effects of different social support levels on the results of Edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS) and WHO quality of life scales(WHO QOL-BREF) assessments of primipara women were compared. Results The EPDS and WHOQOL-BREF assessment results of primipara with less social support were worse than that with higher social support(P<0.05). Conclusion Social support has a great impact on postpartum depression and quality of life in puerperium. We should pay more attention to interventions regarding the social support.
