外感清热解毒方治疗急性上呼吸道感染发热的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Exogenous Qingre Jiedu Recipe on Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection and Fever

目的:观察外感清热解毒方治疗急性上呼吸道感染发热的疗效。方法:抽选2017年1月—12月期间在本院接受急性上呼吸道感染发热治疗的150例患者作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法将其平均分为甲组、乙组、丙组,各50例,甲组使用的治疗药物为外感清热解毒方和酚氨咖敏安慰剂,乙组使用酚氨咖敏片与外感清热解毒方安慰剂,丙组为外感清热解毒方安慰剂和酚氨咖敏安慰剂,比较三组的疗效。结果:对比丙组的总有效率,甲、乙两组较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而甲、乙两组之间对比,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);对比丙组的起效及退热时间,甲、乙两组较小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而甲、乙两组之间对比,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:外感清热解毒方治疗急性上呼吸道感染发热具有极高的使用价值,疗效理想,安全指数高。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of exogenous Qingre jiedu recipe on acute upper respiratory tract infection fever. Methods: A total of 150 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection and fever were selected from January to December 2017, and were randomly divided into three groups: group A, group B and group C, with 50 patients in each group. Group A was treated with exogenous antipyretic detoxification prescription and phenolic aminogamine placebo, group B with placebo of exogenous antipyretic and detoxifying prescription, group C with placebo of exogenous Qingre jiedu prescription and phenolicam placebo. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of group C was compared with that of group A. The difference between group B and group B was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the difference between group A and group B was not statistically significant (P>0.05), the onset and antipyretic time of group A and group B were smaller than group C (P<0.05), and the difference between group A and group B was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the difference between group A and group B was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of fever caused by acute upper respiratory tract infection by exogenous Qingre Jiedu recipe has high value, ideal curative effect and high safety index. It is worth popularizing in the clinical treatment of various primary hospitals.
