氯氮平与利培酮对精神分裂症患者血常规影响的临床对比研究

Clinical Comparative Study of Clozapine and Risperidone on Blood Routine in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:分析对比氯氮平和利培酮应用于精神分裂症患者中对其血常规的影响效果。方法:在我院2017年10月至2018年10月治疗精神分裂症患者中选取64例,并严格按照系统随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各32例。其中对照组采用利培酮进行治疗,观察组采用氯氮平进行治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后血常规指标。结果:对照组在治疗后1个月、2个月和治疗前对比,红细胞、白细胞及血小板变化差异均无统计学意义;观察组在治疗后1个月、2个月和治疗前对比,红细胞和血小板有所上升,白细胞有所下降,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利培酮应用于精神分裂症患者中影响较之氯氮平小,在用药过程中应严格监测其血常规变化,便于为临床用药提供更具价值的帮助。

Objective: To compare the effect of clozapine and risperidone on blood routine in schizophrenic patients. Methods: Sixty-four patients with schizophrenia were selected from October 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital and were divided into control group (n=32) and observation group (n=32) according to the principle of systematic random distribution. The control group was treated with risperidone and the observation group with clozapine. Results: In the control group, there was no significant difference in the changes of erythrocyte, white blood cell and platelets 1 month, 2 months after treatment and before treatment. In the observation group, red blood cells and platelets increased and white blood cells decreased 1 month, 2 months after treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The effect of risperidone on schizophrenia is less than clozapine. The changes of blood routine should be strictly monitored in the course of administration of risperidone so as to provide more valuable help for clinical use.
