摘要
[目的/意义]对目前藏书采选机制的形成原因以及对藏书质量的影响进行深入剖析,提出基于目前藏书采选机制的三级控制解决方案,从而提高图书馆的藏书质量。[方法/过程]对当前图书出版状况和可供书目来源进行分析,探求采选机制对藏书质量影响的深层次原因,提出文献采选不仅要遵循一定的原则、采用专业的方法,还要通过经验积累保证采选的质量,从而满足图书馆服务对象的需求。而一套成熟的采选模式,需要依靠相关制度的完善和经验的积累,从图书的内容和质量两方面去把关。[结果/结论]当前藏书采选机制下,可以通过“馆员选验——专家把关——馆长审核”的三级控制制度对藏书采选质量进行控制,其中馆员和专家主要负责对藏书的内容质量进行把关,而馆长则主要负责对馆藏图书的结构质量进行控制和完善。
[Purpose/significance]This paper makes a deep analysis of the causes of the current collection and selection mechanism and its influence on the quality of the collection of books,and puts forward a three-level control solution based on the cunent collection and selection mechanism to improve the quality of the collection of books in the library.[Method/process]This paper analyzes the current publishing situation of books and the sources of available bibliographies,explores the deep reasons for the influence of the change of collection and selection mechanism on the quality of books,and puts forward that the collection and selection of documents should not only follow certain principles and adopt professional methods,but also ensure the quality of collection and selection through the accumulation of experience,so as to meet the needs of library service objects.And in a mature selection model,we need to rely on the system and experienee,from the content and quality of books to check.[Result/conclusion]Under the cunent collection and selection mechanism,the quality of collection and selection can be controlled by the three-level control system of 44 librarian selection-expert control-chief libiarian audit”.The librarians and experts are mainly responsible for checking the content quality of the collection,while the chief librarian is mainly responsible for checking the structure of the collection for quality control and improvement.
