美国城市图书馆移动服务现状和策略调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of the Current Situation and Strategy of Mobile Services in American Urban Libraries

[目的/意义]旨在研究美国城市公共图书馆移动终端服务模式。[方法/过程]选取138所美国城市公共图书馆作为统计样本,对其移动终端服务现状进行研究分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,美国城市图书馆应在其移动阅读媒介的阅读推荐和导读服务、图书馆移动终端资源的丰富、儿童读物的增加和分类、用户需求的充分调研分析以及不同图书馆用户群体需求的满足等方面进行改进,同时本研究也针对这些问题提出应对策略,并适用于我国图书馆的移动终端服务。

[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to study the mobile terminal service mode of American urban public libraries.[Method/process]138 American urban public libraries were selected as statistical samples,and their mobile terminal service status was studied and analyzed.[Result/conclusion]The results showed that American urban libraries should improve the reading recommendation and guide service of mobile reading media,enrich the resources of mobile terminals in libraries,increase and classify children's books,fully investigate and analyze the needs of users,and meet the needs of different groups of library users.At the same time,this paper also puts forward countermeasures to these problems,and also applies to the mobile terminal services of Chinese libraries.
