重庆万州区育龄妇女TORCH感染的调查研究 被引量:8

A study on TORCH infections in women of reproductive age in the Wanzhou District of the City of Chongqing

摘要 目的探讨重庆市万州区育龄人群TORCH的感染现况,为优生优育工作提供数据支撑。方法选取2016年8月~2018年7月在重庆市万州区医院进行TORCH筛查的3 975例育龄期妇女,检测其血清Anti-TORCH抗体,并分成高龄组(≥35岁)及低龄组(<35岁)进行比较。结果 3 975例育龄期妇女血清IgM抗体检测阳性率分别为Anti-TOX IgM 1.45%、Anti-RV IgM 1.76%、Anti-CMV IgM 6.92%;IgG抗体的阳性率为Anti-TOX IgG 13.27%、Anti-RV IgG 92.26%、Anti-CMV IgG 98.32%、Anti-HSVⅠIgG 70.48%;Anti-HSVⅡIgG 17.56%。高龄组妇女Anti-TOX IgM、Anti-CMV IgM的阳性检出率分别为3.01%和9.58%,低龄组分别为1.21%和6.50%,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=10.43、6.90,P均<0.05),Anti-RV IgM的阳性检出率高龄组为2.08%,低龄组为1.71%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高龄组妇女Anti-TOX IgG、Anti-RV IgG和Anti-CMV IgG阳性检出率分别为14.50%、91.43%、97.93%,低龄组分别为13.08%、92.39%、98.39%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高龄组Anti-HSVI IgG和Anti-HSVⅡIgG阳性检出率分别为83.24%和27.01%,低龄组分别为68.43%和16.06%,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=49.30、35.53,P<0.01)。结论本地区育龄期妇女TORCH抗体阳性率较高,应加强育龄期妇女特别是高龄备孕女性的TORCH筛查力度。 Objectives To examine the prevalence of TORCH infections in women of reproductive age in the Wanzhou District in the City of Chongqing and to provide supporting data for prenatal care.Methods Sera from a total of 3,975 women of reproductive age seen at a tertiary hospital in the Wanzhou District in the City of Chongqing from August 2016 to July 2018 were tested for anti-TORCH antibodies.The rate at which women tested positive for anti-TORCH antibodies was compared among an older group(≥ 35 years of age) and a younger group(< 35 years of age).Results Serum IgM antibodies were detected in 3,975 women of childbearing age.Anti-TOX IgM antibodies were detected at a rate of 1.45%,anti-RV IgM antibodies were detected at a rate of 1.76%,and anti-CMV IgM antibodies were detected at a rate of 6.92%.Anti-TOX IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 13.27%,anti-RV IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 92.26%,anti-CMV IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 98.32%,anti-HSV I IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 70.48%,and anti-HSV II IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 17.56%.In the older group,anti-Tox IgM antibodies were detected at a rate of 3.01% and anti-CMV IgM antibodies were detected at a rate of 9.58%;those antibodies were detected at a higher rate than in the younger group(1.21% and 6.50%,respectively)(P<0.01).Anti-RV IgM antibodies were detected in the older group at a rate of 2.08% and in the younger group at a rate of 1.71%.In the older group,anti-TOX IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 14.50%,anti-RV IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 91.43%,and anti-CMV IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 97.93%.In the younger group,anti-TOX IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 13.08%,anti-RV IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 92.39%,and anti-CMV IgG antibodies were detected at a rate of 98.39%.The rate of antibody detection did not differ significantly between the two groups(P>0.05).Anti-HSV(I/II) IgG antibodies were detected at a higher rate in the older group than in the younger group(68.43% vs.16.06%,P<0.01).Conclusion Women of child-bearing age in the Wanzhou District in the City of Chongqing are generally susceptible to TORCH pathogens,and screening of women of child-bearing age,and especially older women,for TORCH pathogens should be enhanced.
