污泥好氧堆肥中微生物群落结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用微生物培养方法及高通量测序技术,综合分析了污泥好氧堆肥过程中微生物群落结构的变化,结果显示,细菌和真菌对温度的敏感度要高于放线菌,在堆肥的高温期生长受限。细菌和真菌的高通量测序结果显示,不同的堆肥时期,堆肥微生物群落中的优势菌菌数是有规律变化的。其为污泥堆肥微生物的分离选育及相关微生物种群结构分析提供技术参考。 Microorganism culturable methods and high-throughput sequencing technology were used to analyze the changes of microbial community structure during aerobic sewage sludge composting.The results showed that bacteria and fungi were more sensitive to the temperature than actinomycetes,whose growth was limited at high temperatures of compost.The results of high-throughput sequencing about bacteria and fungi showed that the number of dominant bacteria changes regularly in different composting periods.This study provides technical reference for the separation and breeding of microorganisms in sludge composting and the analysis of related microbial community structure.
