摘要
为解决寒地地区春季播种时达不到水稻出芽温度的问题,进行了水稻浸种催芽箱温度场分布的CFD数值模拟的研究。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,针对浸种催芽试验箱体内的温度场进行数值模拟,确定了CFD数值模拟计算中控制方程。通过选择合适的边界条件及数学模型,对试验箱中的温度场进行数值计算,并最终通过软件实现内部温度场的可视化仿真。
In order to solve the problem that rice germination temperature can not be reached in spring sowing in cold regions,CFD numerical simulation of temperature field distribution in rice seed soaking accelerator was carried out.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the temperature field in the seed soaking and germination test box,and the governing equation in CFD numerical simulation was determined.By choosing appropriate boundary conditions and mathematical models,the temperature field in the test box is numerically calculated,and the visual simulation of the internal temperature field is finally realized by software.
