红细胞不规则抗体检测与无效输注的关系分析

Analysis of the relationship between irregular antibody detection of red blood cells and ineffective infusion

为研究红细胞不规则抗体与无效输注的关系,通过对我院2017年6月—2018年6月的1 837名患者输血后效果评价,对158名发生无效输注的患者应用增强检测方法进行红细胞不规则抗体检测及鉴定。在发生无效输注的158名患者中,有19名检测出不规则抗体。说明红细胞不规则抗体可引起无效输注,在今后的工作中应尽量做到同型输注,减少不规则抗体的产生,降低红细胞无效输注的发生。

To study the relationship between irregular erythrocyte antibody and invalid transfusion.After blood transfusion,1837 patients in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were evaluated,and 158 patients with invalid infusion were tested and identified by enhanced antibody detection.Irregular antibodies were detected in 19 of the 158 patients who had an ineffective infusion.Irregular antibodies of erythrocytes can cause invalid transfusion.In the future work,we should try to achieve the same type of transfusion,so as to reduce the production of irregular antibodies and reduce the occurrence of invalid transfusion of erythrocytes.
