通窍活血汤对脑梗塞的治疗效果

Effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on cerebral infarction

观察通窍活血汤用于脑梗塞治疗的效果,并探讨药物作用机制。选择2016年4月—2017年8月收治的86例脑梗塞患者,随机分为I、Ⅱ组。Ⅰ组予以常规药物治疗,Ⅱ组在此基础上联合通窍活血汤治疗,对比两组疗效。治疗后,Ⅱ组的治疗优良率为91. 42%,高于I组的71. 43%(P <0. 05);Ⅱ组的血液流变学指标低于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。通窍活血汤治疗脑梗塞可有效改善血液流变学的相关指标,优化临床疗效。

To observe the effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction and explore the mechanism of drug action.86 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from April 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:groupⅠand groupⅡ.GroupⅠwas treated with routine drugs,and groupⅡwas treated with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.After treatment,the excellent and good rate of groupⅡwas 91.42%,higher than 71.43%of groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the hemorheological indexes of groupⅡwere lower than those of groupⅠ(P<0.05).Tongqiao Huoxue decoction can effectively improve the related indexes of hemorheology and optimize the clinical efficacy in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
