慢性肾衰竭贫血采用归脾汤治疗的观察研究

Observation and study of Guipi Decoction for chronic renal failure anemia

为分析慢性肾衰竭贫血采用归脾汤治疗效果,选择2017年4月—2018年9月于我院治疗慢性肾衰竭贫血患者80例,依照患者住院顺序,分为甲组与乙组,每组各40例。其中,甲组40例患者采用归脾汤治疗,乙组40例患者采用口服多糖铁复合物治疗,比较甲组与乙组的临床治疗效果。治疗前,甲组与乙组患者进行ADL生活质量评分对比,差异没有统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后,甲组与乙组患者ADL生活质量均高于治疗前,甲组与乙组对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。甲组的总有效率为90. 00%(36/40),乙组的总有效率为70. 00%(28/40)。甲组病患的依从率明显高于乙组,甲组与乙组对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。说明,慢性肾衰竭贫血采用归脾汤治疗效果更好,是一种高效的治疗方法,值得临床推广。

In order to analyze the therapeutic effect of Guipi Decoction on chronic renal failure anemia,80 patients with chronic renal failure anemia were selected from April 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital.According to the order of hospitalization,they were divided into group A and group B,40 cases in each group.Among them,40 patients in group A were treated with Guipi Decoction and 40 patients in group B were treated with oral polysaccharide-iron complex.The clinical effects of group A and group B were compared.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL quality of life score between group A and group B(P>0.05).After treatment,ADL quality of life in group A and group B was higher than that before treatment,and there was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00%(36/40)in group A and 70.00%(28/40)in group B.Compliance rate of patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B.There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.05).It shows that Guipi Decoction is an effective treatment method for chronic renal failure anemia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
