Research on on-line purification system of aluminium alloy melt casting

以生产实践为基础,研究高品质铝合金材料在熔炼过程中铝熔体深度净化设备的设计思路及相配套的生产工艺,分析讨论了铝熔体纯净度的控制方法,并着重分析了铸造过程中减少二次污染的方法,在此基础上,提出了合宜的生产工艺及注意事项。

Based on production practice,the design idea and matching production process of deep purification equipment for high quality aluminium alloy melt in smelting process are studied.The control method of purity of aluminium melt is analyzed and discussed.The method of reducing secondary pollution in casting process is emphatically analyzed.On this basis,the suitable production process and points for attention are put forward.
