摘要
在电视发射中,晶体管高频功率放大器结构由高频大功率晶体管、直流馈电、输入输出匹配电路、散热和屏蔽装置组成。晶体管微带功率放大器的工作状态选择、电路组态、静态工作点和负载线的确定等,与VHF频段的晶体管高频功率放大器基本相同。研究了二者在电视发射技术中的构成及应用。
In TV transmission,the structure of transistor high-frequency power amplifier is composed of high-frequency high-power transistor,DC feed,input-output matching circuit,heat dissipation and shielding device.The selection of working state,circuit configuration,static working point and load line of transistor micro strip power amplifier are basically the same as that of transistor high frequency power amplifier in VHF band.The composition and application of these two technologies in TV transmission technology are studied.
