摘要
结合铁路桥梁工程项目,介绍了连续梁挂篮施工技术的施工流程和重要作用,分析了连续梁挂篮施工中的桥梁线施工、挂篮施工、混凝土施工作业,从设计控制、挂篮试验控制、组装挂篮控制、钢筋安装控制、混凝土浇筑控制、线性控制、预应力控制七方面入手,提出连续梁挂篮技术的难点控制方法,希望能够促进连续梁挂篮技术的发展,保障铁路桥梁连续梁施工质量,为我国铁路桥梁工程项目提供更加可靠的技术支撑。
Combined with railway bridge engineering project,the construction process and important role of continuous beam hanging basket construction technology are introduced,and the bridge line construction,hanging basket construction and concrete construction in continuous beam hanging basket construction are analyzed.From seven aspects of design control,hanging basket test control,assembly hanging basket control,steel bar installation control,concrete pouring control,linear control and prestress control,the difficult control methods of continuous beam hanging basket technology are put forward.It is hoped that it can promote the development of continuous beam traveling basket technology,guarantee the construction quality of railway bridge continuous beam,and provide more reliable technical support for railway bridge engineering projects in China.
