摘要
在阐述工程变更的行业共识基础上,划分了工程变更的主要类型,提供了做好工程变更中施工成本增加的造价管理工作,人力成本增加的造价管理工作,设计成本增加的造价管理工作等方法和对策,为企业应对工程变更,做好造价管理工作探寻新的路径。
On the basis of explaining the industry consensus of engineering change,the main types of engineering change are classified,and the methods and countermeasures of cost management of construction cost increase,cost management of manpower cost increase and cost management of design cost increase are provided,so as to explore new paths for enterprises to cope with engineering change and do well in cost management.
