摘要
深圳市开展医疗服务质量评估工作以来,医疗服务质量明显提升,医务人员医疗行为得到规范,医患关系逐步改善。质量评估体系以全面评估为基础,持续关注医疗服务质量重点领域和关键环节,广泛运用评价结果,形成了具有深圳特色的医疗服务质量整体评估体系;但在评价指标创新、评价方式和监管信息化等方面仍存在不足。建议进一步精简评估内容,将属于医院内控的质量指标交由医院自身掌控;采取日常监管为主、现场专项检查为辅的评估方式;构建智慧医疗监管信息系统,实现智能化评估。
Shenzhen established the Overall Management and Quality Control Evaluation System of Medical Ser -vice in 2002,which had played an important role in improving the quality management of medical institutions with standardizing the behavior of medical staff,improving the doctor-patient relationship.This system,based on the comprehensive assessment,gave prominence to final medical quality and lawful practice,and had the deficiencies of index innovation,evaluation methods and regulatory informationization.It is recommended to refine the content of assessment,strengthen the construction of medical information,and take daily supervision as the main evaluation profile.
