区域医疗中心科研绩效评估体系的研究

A Study based on Delphi Methods of Scientific Performance Evaluation System of Regional Medical Center

目的构建区域医疗中心科研绩效评估体系,为我国区域医疗中心的科研绩效评估体系的构建提供可行性建议。方法通过文献研究和德尔菲法构建区域医疗中心科研绩效评估的指标体系,并进行实证评价。结果专家的权威程度为0.991 5;专家意见协调系数为0.141。构建出的区域医疗中心科研绩效评估体系共有10项一级指标、23项二级指标和108项三级指标。结论该研究的专家代表性强,权威程度、协调性较好,所筛选出指标符合区域医疗中心的科研绩效评估的需要。

Objective The Delphi method was used to construct a scientific performance evaluation system for regional medical centers,with a view of providing feasible suggestions for the construction of a scientific evaluation system for regional medical centers in China. Methods Through the literature research method and the Delphi me -thod,the index system for the performance evaluation of regional medical centers was established to explore the su -ggestions of the regional medical center research performance evaluation. Results The level of authority of the expert was 0.991 5.The coordination coefficient of expert opinion was 0.141.The research performance evaluation system of the regional medical center constructed by this institute had 10 first-level indicators,23 second-level indicators and 108 third-level indicators. Conclusion The experts in this research are typically representative.The degree of authority and the coordination are better.The selected indicators for regional medical center of scientific perfor- mance evaluation provide a fair and objective evaluation criteria.The scientific performance evaluation system of regional medical center has favorable operability.It provides the regional medical center with the standard of scientific research evaluation.
