坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Kuntai capsule combined with letrozole in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome

目的:探讨坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年1月耀2018年1月我院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者92例,按随机对照原则分为两组,各46例。对照组给予来曲唑片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平、排卵率、妊娠率及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高(93.48%和78.26%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组黄体激素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)水平均明显降低,雌激素(E2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30d后,两组LH、FSH、T水平明显低于治疗前,E2明显高于治疗前,观察组性激素水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗30d后观察组排卵率高于对照组(93.47%和78.26%),妊娠率高于对照组(86.96%和65.22%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未见药物不良反应。结论:坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切,能够有效调节性激素水平,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kuntai capsule combined with letrozole in treatment of polycystic ovariansyndrome(PCOS). Methods:92 PCOS patients in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected, and they were dividedinto two groups by randomized controlled method, with 46 cases in each group. Control group was given letrozole tablets, whileobservation group was treated with Kuntai capsule based on control group. The clinical efficacy, sex hormone level, ovulation rate,pregnancy rate, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higherthan control group(93.48% vs 78.26%)(P<0.05);Before treatment, the luteal hormone(LH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)in two groups decreased, and there was no statistical difference in the estrogen(E2)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment for 30 d, the levels of LH, FSH, T in two groups were lower than those before treatment, the E2 was higher than thatbefore treatment, the sex hormone level of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05);After treatment for 30 d, theovulation rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(93.47% vs 78.26%), the pregnancy rate of observation groupwas higher than control group(86.96% vs 65.22%)(P<0.05);There were no drug-related adverse reactions in two groups duringtreatment. Conclusion:Kuntai capsule combined with letrozole in treatment of PCOS is effective, it can regulate sex hormone level, whichis worthy of clinical promotion.
