新时代高职院校“双师型”教师专业素养提升路径研究 被引量:4

摘要 新时代我国高职院校"双师型"教师需求增加,国家政策鼓励高职院校提升教师的专业素养。目前我国高职院校"双师型"教师专业素养的提升,面临资格认证标准不统一、师资来源渠道不合理、缺乏系统化的培养体系等问题。文章从争取政策扶持、统一资格评审标准、加强校企合作、建立培养激励约束机制等方面提出建议,有助于高职院校提升教师素养,建立一支符合新时代发展需求的"双师型"教师队伍。 The demand for "dual-qualified" teachers has been increased in higher vocational colleges in our country. The state policy encourages higher vocational colleges to enhance teachers’ professional qualities. At present, the professional qualifications of "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges in China are facing problems such as inconsistent qualification standards, unreasonable source of teacher resources and lack of a systematic training system. The article proposes the policy support, unification of qualification assessment standards, strengthening of school-enterprise cooperation, establishment of training incentives and restraint mechanisms, etc., which can help vocational colleges improve the quality of teachers and establish a dual-qualification type that meets the development needs of the new era.
