摘要
近年来,随着市场竞争环境变化,企业更关注员工的心理动机,国内外学也十分重视研究授权型领导影响员工心理的机制。该文通过梳理对授权型领导研究成果文献,从授权型领导的概念、理论基础、影响效应、测量方法等方面的归纳和总结的研究成果,并展望授权型领导研究趋势。
In recent years, with the change of competitive environment, enterprises pay more attention to the internal psychological motivation of employees. Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the employees’ psychological motivation influenced by the authorized leadership. This paper summarizes the concept, theoretical basis, influence effect, measurement method and other aspects of the authorized leadership by combing its literature of the research achievements. It also looks forward to its future research trend and direction.
