网络群体行为源于自媒体的普及,是公众在网络上对信息统一的群体性反应。当前,我国法律体系中针对互联网的立法尚不完善,对于网络群体行为的法律研究也较少,且公众认识多有误区。而法律制度与网络群体行为间存在相互影响关系,可彼此促进发挥良性作用,可从其中发现问题与不足,这也意味着应当以合理方式对网络群体行为加以法律规制。结合实际,我们可以对网络群体行为与法律制度进行协调。主要包括自媒体自律、网民意识加强及法律规范完善,以期促使两者更好地发展。

Network group behavior stems from the popularization of self-media. It is the unified group response of the public to the information on the network. At present, the legislation on the Internet is not perfect in the legal system of our country, the legal research on the behavior of the network group is also less,and many misunderstandings exist in the public understanding. There are mutual influences between the legal system and the network group behavior, which can not only promote each other to play a positive role but also find problems and deficiencies. This also means that the network group behavior should be regulated by laws in a reasonable way. Combined with the reality, we can coordinate the network group behavior with the legal system such as self discipline the self-media, strengthen the consciousness of netizens and perfect the legal norms in order to promote them to better develop.
