应用戴明循环降低我院自动化门诊药房患者候药时间

Application of deming cycle to reduce the waiting time of patients in our hospital's automatic outpatient pharmacy

目的:通过戴明循环活动缩短我院自动化门诊药房患者候药时间,提升药学服务质量。方法:以降低患者候药时间为目的,利用戴明循环管理方法,不断优化自动化门诊药房人机磨合。结果:活动后,患者候药时间明显缩短,由改善前12.6min降低至改善后的9.4min,目标改善率达25.4%。结论:戴明循环管理方法能持续、有效改进自动化药房人机磨合,提高工作效率,提升药学服务质量。

Objective:Through deming cycle activities,we can shorten the waiting time of patients in the automatic outpatient pharmacyof our new hospital and improve the quality of pharmaceutical service. Methods:In order to shorten the waiting time of patients,theman-machine running in the automatic outpatient pharmacy of the new hospital area was optimized by using the deming cyclemanagement method. Results:Before and after the activity,the waiting time of patients was significantly shortened,decreased from12.6 min before improvement to 9.4 min after improvement,and the target improvement rate was 25.4%. Conclusion:Deming cyclemanagement method can continuously and effectively improve the man-machine running-in of new hospital automation pharmacy,improve work efficiency and improve pharmaceutical service quality.
