基于古代文献数据分析的耳鸣证治规律研究

Study on the rule of tinnitus treatment based on data analysis of ancient literature

目的本文应用多元统计分析方法对古代文献(民国以前)中耳鸣的中医证治规律进行探讨,以期为耳鸣的临床治疗及科研提供参考。方法检索《中华医典》光盘中运用中医药治疗耳鸣的相关文献,用SPSS 19.0统计软件建立数据库,用描述性统计方法分析纳入条文所涉及的书籍、朝代、证素、病种、药物的频率;用非线性典型相关分析,分析耳鸣“病位-病性-药物”的关联关系。结果纳入文献共546条,其中耳鸣所涉及的病种多样;证素以风(包括内风和外风)、火、虚为主;中草药以息风药和祛风解表药、清热药和疏风解表药、补益药为主。结论传统中医药针对耳鸣建立了一套较为完整的“理法方药”体系,在治疗上建议病证结合,随证用药并巧妙加减。

Objective to explore the rules of TCM syndromes of tinnitus in ancient literature (before the Republic of China) by the method of multivariate statistical analysis, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment and research on tinnitus.Methods ancient literatures concerning tinnitus treatment in TCM were retrieved from Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese, and database was established by using SPSS 19.0 software. Meanwhile, the study uses the method of descriptive statistics to analyze the frequency of works, dynasties, syndrome elements, diseases and herbs and also used the method of nonlinear canonical correlation to analyze the correlation among disease locations, diseases nature and herbs. Results A total of 546 ancient literatures were adopted. Among them, numerous diseases were related to tinnitus;wind(endogenous wind and exogenous wind), heat and deficiency were mainly taken into account in syndrome element and the main Chinese medicine were wind-extinguishing medicinal and diaphoretic, antipyretics and tonic.Conclusion TCM has established a relatively complete system of theory, diagnosis,prescription and medicine for the treatment tinnitus, and therapy is suggested to be based on disease with disease syndrome. Besides, prescription should be increased or decreased according to the syndromes.
