穴位贴敷在先兆流产中的临床应用概况

动物实验证实了中药穴位贴敷外治法具有肯定的疗效,中药中的有效成分可以通过皮肤进入血液循环,产生与其他给药途径相同的药理作用。本综述选取的21篇文献中穴位贴敷治疗先兆流产用药以桑寄生、菟丝子、续断、杜仲等使用频次较高。在穴位配伍方面,以神阙穴、肾俞为主穴搭配其他穴位较为常见,关元、涌泉作为主穴出现的频次也较高。现代研究对于穴位贴敷在先兆流产中的疗效评估多选取继续妊娠率、中医证候评分以及孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素、雌二醇等性激素的变化。但相关研究对穴位贴敷的作用机制未能予以明确,同时也不能将所选药物及穴位如何反应在疗效指标上予以明确。

Animal experiments have proved that the effective ingredients of TCM can enter into the blood circulation through the skin and produce the same pharmacological action as other administration routes. Among the 21 papers selected in this review, Herba Taxilli, Semen Cuscutae, Radix Dipsaci, Cortex Eucommiae were used more frequently in acupoints application of TCM. In the compatibility of acupoints, it is common to use Shenque (RN8) and Shenshu (BL23) as main acupoints, Guanyuan (RN4) and Yongquan (KI1) as main acupoints appeared also frequently. In modern studies, the efficacy evaluation of acupoint application in threatened abortion is mainly based on the continuous pregnancy rate, TCM syndrome score, and the changes of progesterone, human chorionic gonadotropin, estradiol. However, the mechanism of acupoint application has not been clarified in relevant studies, nor can the selected medicine and acupoints how react in the therapeutic indicators be clarified.
