山东省济阳县一次台风大暴雨过程气象服务分析

Meteorological Service Analysis of a Typhoon Heavy Rainstorm in Jiyang,Shandong Province

2018年8月18—20日,受台风"温比亚"减弱后热带低压影响,济阳县出现大暴雨天气过程,这次过程雨量大、强降雨持续时间长。针对这次强降雨过程,济阳县气象局采用多种手段对外发布各种预报、预警信息,应急响应及时到位。该文对此次台风大暴雨过程的天气概况、台风的影响、受灾情况以及气象服务工作中采取的措施及成效进行了介绍,并指出其中存在的问题及改进措施,旨在为今后的暴雨灾情气象服务工作提供参考。

From August 18 to 20,2018,a heavy rainstorm occurred in Jiyang County under the influence of tropical depression after the weakening of typhoon"Rumbia".The rainstorm was heavy and lasted for a long time.In view of the heavy rainfall process,Jiyang Meteorological Bureau issued various forecast and early warning information by various means,and the emergency response was timely and thoughtful.This paper introduced the synoptic situation,the impact of typhoon,the disaster situation and the measures and effects adopted in meteorological service during the process of the typhoon heavy rainstorm,and pointed out the existing problems and improvement measures to provide references for future meteorological service of rainstorm disaster.
