2005—2017年汕尾市大风特征分析及预报服务对策

Characteristic Analysis and Forecast Service Countermeasure of Strong Wind in Shanw ei City from 2005 to 2017

利用汕尾市3个气象台站(汕尾、海丰、陆丰)2005—2017年大风日数、极大风速、风向观测资料,对汕尾市近13年的大风气候特征进行分析,并探讨了预报服务对策。结果表明,汕尾市全市近13年平均大风日数为7 d,大风日数整体呈增加变化趋势,气候倾向率为1.557d/10年,全市夏季大风日数最多,秋季次之,春季较少,冬季最少。全市极大风速近13年来主要发生在夏季和秋季,极大风速最大值为陆丰站在2013年9月22日监测到的40.0 m/s,风向为NNE。大风天气前期有效的预报措施是确保气象服务成功的关键。针对大风天气,汕尾市各级气象局均应高度重视,加强大风天气预报服务工作,注重灾害天气气象预报服务制度以及流程化建设,提高灾害性天气预报准确率,做好大风等气象灾害预警信息发布的及时性和覆盖面,不断增强预报服务质量以及能力,充分发挥大风预报预警服务的社会效益,保护广大群众的生命财产安全。

Based on the observation data of gale days,maximum wind speed and wind direction from 2005 to 2017 at three meteorological stations in Shanwei City(Shanwei,Haifeng and Lufeng),the climatic characteristics of gale in Shanwei City in recent 13 years were analyzed,and the forecast service countermeasures were discussed.The results showed that the average days of gale in Shanwei City in the past 13 years were 7 days,and the days of gale showed an increasing trend as a whole.The climatic tendency rate was 1.557 days/10 years.The number of gale days in summer was the most,followed by autumn,less in spring and the least in winter.In recent 13 years,the maximum wind speed in Shanwei City mainly occurred in summer and autumn.The maximum wind speed was 40.0 m/s monitored by Lufeng station on September 22,2013,and the wind direction was NNE.Effective forecasting measures in the early stage of gale weather were the key to ensure the success of meteorological services.shanwei meteorological bureaus at all levels should attach great importance to strengthening gale weather forecast service,paying attention to the service system and process construction of disaster weather forecast,improving the accuracy of disastrous weather forecast,making good use of the timeliness and coverage of early warning information of gale,constantly enhancing the quality and ability of forecast service,giving full play to the social benefits of gale forecasting and early warning services,and protecting the safety of life and property of the broad masses.
