提高农民种粮积极性 确保粮食安全

Enhancing Farmers' Grain Cultivation Enthusiasm for Food Safety

粮食安全是国家农业发展的首要任务。农资价格上涨、粮食价格下降、自然灾害、农田基础设施不完善等因素,都会影响农民的种粮积极性。政府应当从加大政策扶持、重视基础设施建设、调整种植结构、加强金融支持力度等方面入手,进一步调动农民的种粮积极性,提高农民收入,确保粮食安全。

Food security is the primary task of national agricultural development.Rising agricultural prices,falling food prices,natural disasters,imperfect farmland infrastructure and other factors will affect the farmers’enthusiasm for grain cultivation.Government should further mobilize farmers’enthusiasm,increase farmers’income and ensure food security by increasing policy support,attaching importance to infrastructure constructions,adjusting planting structure and strengthening financial support.
