匹伐他汀结合氯吡格雷治疗高血压合并动脉粥样硬化中的疗效分析

Efficacy of pravastatin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of hypertension complicated with atherosclerosis

目的:分析匹伐他汀结合氯吡格雷在高血压合并动脉粥样硬化中的疗效分析。方法:选定本院收治的高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者62例,研究时段2016年6月~2018年6月,在随机数表法的分组原则下分为研究组31例和对照组31例,研究组采用匹伐他汀结合氯吡格雷治疗,对照组采用匹伐他汀治疗,比较分析两组临床疗效、斑块厚度、血压、不良反应等情况。结果:研究组临床总有效率(93.55%)显著较对照组(70.97%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后、舒张压、收缩压显著较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:匹伐他汀结合氯吡格雷在降低高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者血压的同时,不良反应较少,安全性高,值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of pravastatin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of hypertension complicated with atherosclerosis.Methods:62 patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis were selected in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018.The study group was divided into 31 cases and 31 cases in the control group under the principle of random digital table method.The study group was treated with pravatin combined with clopidogrel,and the control group was treated with pravatin.The clinical efficacy,plaque thickness,blood pressure and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(93.55%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.97%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the treatment,the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the two groups of adverse reactions.Conclusion:The combination of pravastatin and clopidogrel in lowering blood pressure in patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis,with less adverse reactions and high safety,should be used for reference.
