消化内科临床诊断方法和合理用药临床分析

目的对消化内科病症的临床诊断方法及合理用药进行系统探析。方法对2017年3月—2018年3月该院消化内科诊治的150例患者临床资料进行回顾性研究,分析和总结临床诊断方法,并剖析临床合理用药情况。结果该组150例患者中,胃镜诊断慢性胃炎38例(25.33%)、消化性溃疡22例(14.67%),肠镜诊断溃疡性结肠炎34例(22.67%),腹部B超诊断胆囊系病症14例(9.33%)、肠系膜淋巴结炎7例(4.67%),临床症状诊断功能性胃肠病症20例(13.33%),腹部CT+内镜+活检诊断腹腔脏器良性肿瘤9例(6.00%),腹部CT+血淀粉酶诊断胰腺炎6例(4.00%);确诊后均给予对症药物治疗,其中出现不合理用药12例,发生率为8.00%,包括重复用药3例(25.00%),药量过大3例(25.00%),用法不当2例(16.67%),药物剂型错误1例(8.33%),药物拮抗1例(8.33%),配伍不当2例(16.67%)。结论消化内科病症临床诊断方法多样,应根据患者实际表现选用合适方法,以提高诊断准确率;同时,在用药治疗上应严格合理用药,确保患者用药安全、有效。

Objective To systematically analyze the clinical diagnosis methods and rational drug use of digestive diseases.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 150 patients diagnosed and treated in our department of Gastroenterology from March 2017 to March 2018. The clinical diagnosis methods were analyzed and summarized, and the clinical rational drug use was analyzed. Results Among the 150 patients in this group, 38 cases(25.33%) were diagnosed by chronic gastritis, 22 cases(14.67%) were peptic ulcer, 34 cases(22.67%) were diagnosed by colonoscopy, and the gallbladder system was diagnosed by abdominal B-ultrasound 14 cases(9.33%), 7 cases of mesenteric lymphadenitis(4.67%), clinical symptoms of functional gastrointestinal disorders in 20 cases(13.33%), abdominal CT + endoscopy + biopsy diagnosis of benign organ tumors in 9 cases(6.00%), 6 cases of abdominal pancreatitis were diagnosed by CT+ blood amylase(4.00%);symptomatic drugs were given after diagnosis, 12 cases of irrational drug use occurred, the incidence rate was 8.00%, including 3 cases(25.00%) of repeated drugs. The amount was too large in 3 cases(25.00%), improper use in 2 cases(16.67%), drug dosage form error in 1 case(8.33%), drug antagonism in 1 case(8.33%), and improper compatibility in2 cases(16.67%). Conclusion The clinical diagnosis methods of digestive diseases are diverse. Appropriate methods should be selected according to the actual performance of patients to improve the diagnostic accuracy. At the same time, the medication should be strictly and rationally used to ensure the safety and effectiveness of patients.
