卡前列氨丁三醇两种给药方式对产后出血患者的影响分析

Effect of Two Methods of Administration of Carbaryl Tromethamine on Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的研究分析卡前列氨丁三醇两种不同给药方式对产后出血患者的影响。方法方便该院2017年6—12月间收治的150例产后出血患者随机且平均分为两组,设为对照组和试验组,每组75例患者,两组患者均选用250μg卡前列氨丁三醇注射液治疗,对照组手臂三角肌肌肉注射,试验组宫颈注射,对比两组治疗效果。结果试验组阴道出血量、子宫出血量分别为(34.75±7.18)、(72.14±12.65)mL,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.092、22.033,P=0.002 9;0.001 5)。试验组不良反应发生率为10.67%,与对照组差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.081,P=1.013)。结论卡前列氨丁三醇手臂三角肌肌肉注射给药对预防和治疗子宫收缩乏力引起的产后出血更有效,宫颈注射更适用于预防其他原因引起的产后出血,临床中应根据其出血原因选用。

Objective To study the effects of two different modes of administration of carbofuran tromethamine on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 150 patients with postpartum hemorrhage from June to December 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, which were set as the control group and the experimental group. Each group had 75 patients. Both groups were treated with 250 μg of carbaryl tromethamine injection. The control group adopted intramuscular injection of the deltoid muscle of the arm, cervical injection in the experimental group, comparing the effects of the two groups. Results The amount of vaginal bleeding and uterine bleeding in the experimental group were(34.75 ±7.18) and(72.14±12.65)mL, respectively, which were significantly better than the control group(t=17.092, 22.033, P=0.002 9;0.001 5).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.67%, which was not significantly different from the control group(χ^2=0.081, P =1.013). Conclusion Intramuscular injection of capsid tromethamine in the deltoid muscle is more effective in preventing and treating postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction fatigue. Cervical injection is more suitable for preventing postpartum hemorrhage caused by other causes. It should be selected according to the cause of bleeding in clinical practice.
